Purple Giraffe Psychology is committed to supporting parents, schools and the child in the child's ongoing education. Purple Giraffe Psychology conducts psycho-educational assessments to investigate cognitive abilities and academic skills, including specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia, and behavioural issues such as ADHD. At Purple Giraffe Psychology, we also welcome those children who are more capable, those working above the level expected for their age. Purple Giraffe Psychology offers comprehensive standardised testing using materials including the Weschler Individual Scale for Children-Fifth Edition (WISC-V), Weschler Individual Achievement Test - Third Edition (WIAT-III) and other tools as needed to assist in understanding the child's educational abilities and educational needs.
