I am the Founder of Psychology Couple & Family Therapy Australia. As a Registered Psychologist, Couple and Family Therapist I can assist people to manage anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, couple and family relationship difficulties. I work with adults, adolescents, children and provide individual, couple and family therapy sessions to people experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. I have Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Graduate Diploma of Family Therapy and Master of Arts (Couple & Family Therapy). I have specific interest in treating Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Complex PTSD, Couple and Family Relationship problems.
I have been trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, Schema, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Couple Therapy, Systemic Couple and Family Therapy. I am interested in emerging research, and I am committed to the provision of evidence-based psychological treatments.
