| Polski Hello! I am Paulina. As an integrative counsellor, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome a variety of psychological and emotional issues. My background in humanities and psychology, as well as my experience of living in multiple countries, has given me a unique perspective on the importance of addressing not only the mind but also the body and lifestyle habits in the healing process. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, and work towards achieving a greater sense of self-awareness and well-being.
Apart from confidential and supportive listening as well as exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, I offer problem-solving and coping strategies as well as goal setting and action planning, to help you become content with yourself and your lifestyle. I also offer referrals to other professionals if necessary.
From my own experience of mental health struggles, I know how difficult it is to ask for help. Therefore, I aim to create a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients build on trust and mutual respect. I treat my clients individually, and have a multicultural outlook on personal differences and interpersonal relations.
