About
Using my working and lived experience, knowledge and understanding of education, psychology and counselling practices; my aim is to provide an effective and professional health service to the people of Melbourne and Australia. You are welcome to connect with me via online, telehealth sessions and of course, come into the counselling room where we can work together to support your goals.
My speciality areas include Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. These ways of working are underscored by Person Centred and Mindfullness approaches to developing connection and rapport. I work with a wide range of issues including complex trauma (ASD and PTSD), Addictions, Anxiety and Depression.
I offer telehealth, online (Zoom) and in person sessions, depening on your individual circumstances. My approach is client focused and I enjoy the process of developing the therapuetic rapport which will support our success. I also offer a warm, comfortable, safe and confidential space for clients who attend in-person.
