I am a Psychologist, Accredited EMDR therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 18 years of extensive clinical experience working in various settings with young adolescents and adults. I believe that each and every one of us have the ability and potential to make healthy changes in our lives, and my goal is to work collaboratively with you to achieve this, to empower you to make these changes and to live a fulfilling, meaningful and joyous life.

My preference is to take on a person-centered and holistic approach with therapy, and integrating a variety of evidence based therapies such as EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Grief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Group Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Hypnotherapy.
