Empowering minds, one conversation at a time. For someone seeking support for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues or simply looking for personal growth opportunities in therapy, I am here to walk alongside with my clients through collaboratively created personalised treatment plans tailored to each person's unique strengths, needs and goals. My focus is to delve deeper into the underlying issues, explore past experiences and unconscious patterns that may be contributing to an individual's current struggles and gain valuable insights that facilitate healing and personal growth.
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Work with a focus on psychotherapy. I work alongside my clients in navigating their trauma with a combination of psychodynamic psychotherapy, along with utilising CBT, ACT, SFT, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. Currently I am learning to utilize the Conversational Model in my practice.
Your experiences and feelings are valid, and I am here to provide a safe and empathetic space where healing can take place. I strive to provide a safe space, deep listening and compassionate understanding which further fosters a strong alliance empowering my clients to transform their trauma into growth, resilience, self-compassion and lasting change.
