My name is Aly and l am a registered Health Psychologist. Client Issues range from mood, loss of motivation, feelings of emptiness, over thinking, hypervilligence, poor communication, trouble with connecting to oneself & others, feelings of rejection/abandonment, relationship with image and relationship with nourishment.
I have worked in mental health, sexual health, adolescent health, geriatric health, transgender health and with chronic pain. I am also training to become an Equine Psychotherapist.
How we think and feel about ourselves is a very powerful concept which affects our self-esteem and confidence. Struggling, hiding, pushing back and isolation can give some relief on the surface. At our core people want to be OK, have security and happiness.
