About
I am a warm and experienced clinical psychologist who loves working collaboratively with people from all backgrounds. I specialise in supporting children and adolescents manage their behaviour/emotions and navigate transitions, as well as supporting parents & families to work towards strong & meaningful family relationships. I am also interested in supporting those with a history of trauma. I am trained in several trauma-informed modalities, including DBT, Schema Therapy and Narrative Therapy. To support you, I would integrate my extensive clinical experience, the latest scientific evidence, and your unique values and goals.
I have worked in a number of clinical and leadership positions in NSW Health supporting vulnerable kids, adolescents and adults thrive and reach their full potential. I am also passionate about training and development within the psychology profession as a PsychBA Board Approved Supervisor, supervising clinical psychology students, interns and registrars.
Everyone has a unique story. It is an act of courage and bravery to recognise the value in understanding yourself deeper, and to want to work on your mental health. If you are willing and ready, I would be honoured to walk alongside you and support you on your journey.
