The same conversation keeps happening. The same distance returns. The same tension appears across different relationships and different stages of life. People come here when genuine effort — often years of it — hasn’t been enough to create lasting change. Some arrive with a clear sense of what keeps going wrong. Others are only beginning to make sense of it. Some come alone. Others come as couples or families. What they share is a recognition that the difficulty is relational — shaped by connection, disconnection, conflict, loss, and belonging.
I provide individual, couples, and family counselling using EFT, attachment theory, and family systems thinking. Many difficulties make the most sense when understood within the relationships surrounding them. The work combines understanding with new relational experiences in the session — because understanding alone rarely creates lasting change.
If something here feels familiar, reaching out is a low-pressure first step. The first session is a conversation — an opportunity to understand what is happening, ask questions, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit. I work clinically in English, Hindi, and Nepali.

Relational pattern work targeting the interactional sequence — the automatic cycle that recurs despite insight. EFT-informed intervention with individuals, couples, and family systems. Pattern identified, insight present, cycle continues — that is the referral point.
