Everyone needs a place to feel safe and emotional safety is what I provide. I support clients in feeling heard, validated and accepted. In this safe space, I assist clients to gain a better understanding of themselves, with the aim of improving self-awareness and maintaining long term changes. I assist clients to explore healthier coping mechanisms and manage their thoughts. I work with clients to challenge their mindset and reset their expectations. I can be the external support you need to add to your wellbeing.
I am a Clinical Director and Registered Psychologist at Cannington Clear Health Psychology. I have over 15 years of experience in working with adults in individual and groups settings. I work with clients presenting a wide range of symptoms including couples. My areas of interest are PTSD/trauma, eating disorders and anxiety. I provide EMDR treatment.
I have a client centred approach. I am an empathetic, warm and easy to talk to. I am dedicated to providing my clients with the best possible experience they can have of therapeutic treatment. I journey with the clients to achieve their therapy goals. I adjust therapeutic approach based on the client's needs.
