My name is Kai, and I am a counsellor, psychotherapist/sexologist. If you're facing challenges in life, adverse events, pain, sexual concerns, or past traumas, you're in the right place. My approach is tailored to individuals seeking a safe, non-judgmental environment to heal and understand themselves. Whether your goal is to enhance intimacy, overcome past trauma, or feel empowered in your sexuality, I'm here to support you through a trauma informed and integrative approach.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I hold an advanced degree (AQF Level 9 Masters) and additional specialist qualifications in sexology and trauma. I am registered practitioner with the Australian Counselling Association and the Society of Australian Sexologists. I work with the whole body and mind through a trauma informed lens.
Feeling into the experiences of life is essential for healing—but when you’ve experienced a lot of challenging things, feeling can be hard. Healing is a lifelong journey with ups and downs: but you don’t have to go through it alone. I'm here to help you.
