I provide warm, practical and personalised counselling using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate mindfulness and goal-setting to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
