I’m a passionate trauma-focused therapist, MH accredited social worker, and member of the LGBTIQA+ community. Drawing from my own lived experience of trauma recovery, I deeply understand the challenges my clients face and recognise how important it is to sit with someone who gets it.
Trauma can disrupt our sense of self, relationships, and how we connect with the world around us. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can heal, find your inner strength and resilience, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
I offer trauma informed and attachment focused individual and couples therapy. I apply EMDR, EFT, ACT, DBT, IFS and Narrative therapeutic modalities. Additional training includes EMDR 1, DBT, EFT Externship, Complex Trauma Training Level 1 & 2, IFS Master Class and Clinical Applications, APS Suicide Prevention and Key Skills in Family Therapy.
Sometimes the pain we carry isn’t just from now, it belongs to younger parts of us that learned to stay small, quiet, or alone to keep ourselves safe. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed and lost, my work is about compassionately co-creating safety to bring healing to these parts that had to survive the painful experiences they endured.
