I am a trauma focused therapist and social worker based in Alderley, Brisbane. My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, evidence based practice and a deep commitment to fostering a safe, supportive and collaborative environment for healing. I have the privellege of working with both individuals and couples who have experiences of trauma and aim to guide clients to access their own innate ability to heal, shifting from stuck places and building on their strengths and resilience.
I offer trauma informed and attachment focused individual and couples therapy. I apply EFT, ACT, DBT, IFS and Narrative therapeutic modalities. Additional training includes DBT, EFT Externship, Complex Trauma Training Level 1 & 2, IFS Master Class and Clinical Applications, APS Suicide Prevention and Key Skills in Family Therapy.
