I work both clinically (in East Melbourne and via telehealth) and in my Equine-assisted practice in Kangaroo Ground (45 minutes north east of Fitzroy). My specialities include: LGBTQIA+ community mental health, women's mental health, PMDD, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, and more. I am also a lifelong equine specialist, and my equine-assisted practice is immersed in nature on a beautiful property in Kangaroo Ground. I work with all ages from 6+ with the help of horses, ponies, and two VERY friendly sheep! Sessions are tailored to each individual's goals and needs. Equine-assisted therapy is NDIS billable.
