Struggling to figure out what to do; how to be happy; why you cannot move on from relationships or what changes you should make to switch jobs. Wondering why you don't feel good about yourself. Anxiously going over past events. Exhausted by simple day to day life. Lacking motivation. Fearful of the future. It is possible to live without these feelings, to feel good instead of just 'managing'. These are things can be helped by talking to someone who does not know you; your family or your friends. Someone who can listen without judgement and help you sort out feelings of being lost or stuck, or just plain not happy.
The process I use is designed to find solutions quickly. It involves three sessions to understand what is going on for you now, a little about your past experiences and three sessions to work through solutions for a happier life . The changes you will experience will be fast and long lasting. I work online via Zoom which is safe and private.
The best skill I bring to counselling is that I really hear my clients. I have been at very low points myself and know that when you finally reach out for help - as you are doing now - you want to get started as soon as possible. I reserve 6 appointments a week for people who want to speak to someone soon.
