I’m a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who puts building strong and supportive relationships at the heart of my practice. I provide individudal therapy for adults (20+) across a range of issues. Together we'll focus on your growing strengths as much as the challenges you're facing. I have a background in working with complex challenges including PTSD, complex PTSD, personality, mood and anxiety disorders. I also work part-time at the specialist trauma and addictions clinic, the Birchtree Centre, in Sydney.
I bring an attachment-focused and trauma-informed approach to my therapy practice. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I know how challenging it is to reach out for help, but we'll create a safe space to work collaboratively with issues that you want to address in therapy.
