Hello and welcome! I’m an experienced, compassionate counsellor, and I support people who are facing ‘being human’ - with all the challenges that can bring; challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, feeling stuck, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, a relentless inner critic, life transitions, struggling to adjust to change and more.
Having walked the path of seeking support myself, I understand the importance of finding the right fit in a therapeutic relationship. My own experiences of navigating therapy have given me a unique perspective on what’s needed to create a truly supportive and compassionate environment, and I work from a place of genuine care.
In every session I aim to provide a space where you feel seen and heard, and where you feel able to talk about the things that are concerning you. And because we sometimes we need more than simply talking, I also aim to provide practical tools, strategies and processes that can help you to navigate and move through your challenges.
