I work with heterosexual and same sex couples and individuals who are in a place of questioning or are seeking help with a specific situation or event. For couples they may be wanting some "fine tuning" in specific areas of their relationship or they may be experiencing a crisis due to infidelity or a breakdown in communication and may be unsure if they can or want to stay together. Individuals may be ready to explore childhood issues, dealing with trauma or having an existential crisis. I teach Circle of Security an attachment based parent program and recently became certified to provide Safe & Sound Protocol.
I draw upon my diverse background inclusive of Gestalt Therapy, Nursing and Mediation, and am also influenced & informed by Attachment & Polyvagal theories. My goal is to help you become aware of what you are feeling and how you respond in different situations, this helps you manage your responses and strengthens your personal connection with others.
