I have over 20 years experience supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, impacts of loss or trauma, PTSD, family violence, childhood abuse, conflict, anger, suicidality, work place and family stress, acquired brain injury, disordered eating and other mental health issues. I understand that it is not always easy to seek help and I offer kindness along side skill. I can help you find the clarity and confidence to live life more flexibly, fully and connected. I work with adults, couples, children and families.
A qualified gestalt psychotherapist, couples counsellor and mental health social worker. I also offer Collaborative Assessment and Managment of Suicidality (CAMS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR Level 1), Depth Enquiry (DE), Cognitive Processing of Trauma (CPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and SSCM.
I am a strong supporter of social justice, inclusion and mutual respect. In line with these principles my work is feminist informed and I uphold the right for people to self determine their life/lifestyle.
