I am a counsellor, clinical nutritionist, mental health first aid trainer and parent to three teenage boys. I support people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, trauma, substance abuse, parenting struggles and grief. As a qualified clinical nutritionist I also support people looking to lose weight or struggling with their relationship with food. I work to support you from the very first session, so that you leave feeling more aware, more empowered, and have the tools to help tackle the challenges you are facing.
At nearly 50 I know what it's like to both thrive and fail, navigate career changes, raise toddlers through to young adults, lose loved ones, process trauma, deal with self-doubt and a lack of self-love, as well as discover your sense of self.
Call me on (02) 8403 0899 for a complimentary 15 min chat. Alternatively, you can visit my website to book a counselling session online (no waiting list).
