About
Life is often challenging. We can face difficulties with work, with our relationships, with our own internal struggles, but we don't need to face them alone. We need each other. I work alongside clients with a variety of issues: grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles etc, and I offer a tailored approach to support you in your journey to better cope with what life throws at you.
With a range of therapy approaches I can help you to gain insight, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, give you space to heal and face the future with greater hope and strength. I offer warmth, compassion, kindness, and empathy as well as tools to empower you to feel stronger, more resilient and more able to cope.
I'd love to chat with you about how I can help you.
