My name is Penelope, and I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with extensive experience in the mental health field. Over the years, I have worked with individuals across various age groups, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence, burnout, stress management, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I have a particular focus on supporting clients through post-separation issues, relationship dynamics, burnout within the workplace and self-esteem concerns.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling. With extensive experience supporting highly vulnerable individuals within the NDIS, I have developed a deep understanding of complex mental health issues.
My background includes working closely with clients facing relationship challenges, post-separation difficulties, and the impact of domestic violence. I am skilled in a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all of which I integrate into my practice.
