I'm Dom Caesar (they/them), an autistic and queer social worker. I work with people aged 16 and up, and especially welcome those who identify as neurodivergent, queer, or trans - or who have felt misunderstood or unsupported in more traditional therapy settings. Some themes and issues I love exploring with people include burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the toll of masking; identity (including neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, etc) and how these intersect; learning to communicate your needs and to advocate; navigating systems (workplaces, schools, families and everything in between!); and whatever feels most meaningful to you.
Sessions are led entirely by you. I prioritise collaboration over clinical jargon, peer-informed practice over hierarchy, and shared humanity over labels. If you're questioning diagnoses, recovering from systemic harm, or just trying to get by in a world that's grinding you down, I'm here for it.
My approach is grounded and pragmatic, with a focus on the bigger picture of who you are, what you need, and what a better life could actually look like.
