Hello, my name is Pauline Dudley and I am a qualified professional counsellor. My expertise includes, but is not limited to, working with women struggling with low self-esteem and low self-confidence. This may be in relation to life situations including anxiety and depression, social isolation, relationship issues, grief and loss, weight issues, pain and illness, PTSD and other traumas. My approach when working with my clients includes being present with them in their space, displaying a high level of empathy and understanding, thus setting the client up with the skill set to create long lasting positive change in their lives.

I offer mobile, In-house and online counselling services (conditions apply), with flexible hours available to meet client needs. I cover Parramatta, Western Sydney and the Hills District of Sydney. My approach to therapy is generally person-centred, this involves listening to what the client wants and helping them to create positive change in their life.

Through my empathic therapeutic approach, gentle nature, understanding and listening ear, I will guide and support you to bring about positive change, alter any unwanted behaviours, and build motivation and self-confidence. We can work towards creating desired goals and build new intervention skills and techniques that are favourable to you moving forward.
