My person-centered approach aims at accepting and appreciating each individual's unique experience. This includes understanding how physiological processes influence our mental and cognitive processes to guide behaviours. I'm particularly passionate about how developments in technology are helping us understand the brain and its function to assist in de-stigmatizing, uncovering and offering more treatments for mental health. This is helpful for individuals seeking support in their journey with anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury and other conditions.

I am a ACA registered counsellor trained in administering a range of neuromodulation therapies including biofeedback, neurofeedback, transcranial direct current stimulation and audio-visual entertainment. I am also a Registered NDIS Provider specialising in Early Childhood intervention and support.

After my experience working with children and disabilities, I have developed an informal, friendly style that makes psychotherapy and neurofeedback more easily accessible for these individuals. The benefits of applied neuroscience are becoming more accessible to a wider population as a therapeutic intervention -something I am so excited about.
