My main focus is helping my clients - through relationship with me - feel more connected to themselves and their lives, loved ones, friends and work. Together we explore present difficulties and discover patterns that may have been there for a long time. This gives access to personal growth and healing. Many of my clients have had psychiatric diagnosis; ASD L2, (C) PTSD, BPD, ADHD. I offer Medicare rebates (10 sessions) and Bulk-Bill (No Gap Fee) as I am committed to making quality therapy accessible to the whole local community. I do offer a telehealth option for sessions but prefer face-to-face when possible.
I offer talking and body-mindfulness based therapies to build a stronger sense of self connection. What this means will be different for everybody. For some it may mean processing past Traumas, for others it may be help in finding oneself in the muddle of unsatisfactory relationships, mental health problems or addictions.
I personally understand how difficult it can be to make the decision to begin or even restart a therapeutic journey. I'm happy to answer any questions via email or arrange a chat.
