I work with adults and couples, face-to-face in Brisbane or via telehealth, who are navigating the impacts of trauma, attachment wounds, neurodivergence, and relationship stress. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that make sense, but no longer feel sustainable. I offer trauma-informed, person-centred, relational therapy with a steady focus on safety, pacing, and long-term change. I also have training in Havening and Flash EMDR. I specialise in long-term therapeutic treatment for complex trauma, including sexual trauma, relational trauma, and recovery from chronic stress and burnout.
With over 20 years in trauma-focused therapy, including specialist sexual assault work, I bring strong clinical judgement, steady pacing, and practical tools that support lasting change. I work collaboratively and ethically, helping clients build safety, strengthen relationships, and move through trauma with care.
You do not have to carry this alone. If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted from holding it all together, therapy can offer a safe place to slow things down and make sense of what is happening. I bring warmth, steadiness, and respect to our work, at a pace that feels manageable. Available for in-person sessions in Woolloongabba.
