Maybe you've spent years holding things together, wondering why it still feels so hard. Or something has quietly shaped how you move through relationships and your own body, and you're ready to explore it with support.
I work across the lifespan with children, adults, and couples navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, attachment wounds, and burnout. I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy in support of your nervous system. I draw upon Flash technique and Havening alongside longer-term trauma-therapy.
I am available face-to-face at Capalaba, QLD and via telehealth across Australia.
With more than 20 years in trauma-focused therapy, including specialist sexual assault and complex trauma work, I've learned how to hold the hardest experiences with steadiness and care. I work collaboratively, reading what each session needs and adapting my approach without ever losing sight of you as the person at the centre of it.
You don't have to keep holding this alone. If you're feeling stuck, exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others, something can shift. I bring warmth, steadiness, and genuine care to this work, and I'd be glad to walk alongside you. Reaching out is a meaningful first step.
