As a Psychologist and Somatic Psychotherapist with specialized training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting and Jungian Sandplay, my focus is on working with clients who are active participants in their healing. By integrating various therapeutic modalities, I aim to partner people in navigating and healing from a wide range of issues including trauma and dissociative responses. My approach is holistic and emphasises the interconnectedness of mind and body in the journey toward self-discovery and authenticity.
I work with adults, children and adolescents and have extensive experience working with all these ages. My experience working with children and young people has focussed on addressing developmental trauma and developmental issues and I have training in Dyadic Attachment Therapy and Neurosequential Model of Therapy (NMT - Bruce Perry)
