My counselling, leadership and early years qualifications, 30+ years of experience working with families and children, as a mother with 3 (now mature) children, living and working in a richly diverse community, across multiple countries all helps. I am experienced with customers, families and children with complex needs, anxiety, grief and here to listen, support and take time to help you as an individual become that confident expert in your own life.
Everyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnic or social background can benefit from seeing a certified counsellor. With a certified counsellor, you can work towards overcoming all kinds of issues. Online, phone support, in person or walk and talk therapy is possible. Using art, play or inviting my golden retriever for support is also possible.
