I provide neuro-affirming mental health counselling for women experiencing issues with emotional regulation, burnout, ADHD, relationships, communication, and workplace issues. I also support women with hormonal conditions such as PMDD or perimenopause, and those who have experienced reproductive trauma such as infertility, miscarriage, or are going through IVF. If you are feeling exhausted, burnt out, and struggling with managing life demands, I will provide you with a safe space to express your feelings and frustrations, and teach you real strategies to feel more in control of your changing emotions and behaviors.
I will work with you to help you to feel balanced and better able to cope with the impacts on your daily life. It is important to me that your counselling space feels safe and non-judgmental, is supportive and affirming, and that you walk away from each session feeling valued and heard. I am a neurodivergent therapist who understands!
My own lived experience with similar conditions means that I truly understand how this can impact so many areas of your life, and how exhausting it can be to put on a ‘happy face’ all the time. I offer online and phone sessions to fit your schedule no matter where you live or how you are feeling. Because you deserve to feel heard and supported.
