At some point in our lives, most of us need some good support to walk through whatever is happening at the time. We can get hurt through no fault of our own or just feel unable to walk through the next season with confidence. Through a professional person-centred therapeutic relationship, using strength-based counselling in a wholistic approach where you feel valued, listened to, and genuinely cared for, it is possible to walk through trauma, mental health situations and relationship breakdown more smoothly and confidently with good help.
I have a background in special education and also been privileged to work as a palliative and bereavement care counsellor in a hospice setting. Having completed Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my practice. I am passionate about healthy relationships and helping couples find that space.
