Your story and identity is unique. Life at times can be hard, finding someone that deeply listens and understands you at these points becomes crucial. Through a therapeutic process you and I will explore your fears, hopes, multitude of feelings and emotions. Often things become clearer through this process and you discover a form of healing that is deep and long lasting. I don't diagnose you or give you advice. I trust that you have the answers within. You decide what we focus on and we go at your pace.
I am experienced in working with trauma including domestic and family violence, sexual assault. I have also worked extensively with people facing grief and loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression. I have completed level two training in Internal Family Systems model of Psychotherapy which is evidence based in dealing with many of above issues.
I invite you to contact me for a brief confidential conversation to see if we could work together. The therapeutic relationship is very important to me, I encourage you to speak to a few therapists and go with what feels right for you. I also provide free mindfulness and reflection sessions regularly, sign up for these on my website
