Whether a couple, a family, or an individual, life has been tough in these past few years impacting most of us in some way, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, financially, and/or physically. For others, the tough times will have brought to the surface, issues that have been festering for a while, but now appear more serious. Whatever the circumstance, being supported in compassionate and confidential surrounds, with relevancy and sensitivity, results can and will occur, with the road ahead emerging as more possible and attractive to navigate.
Supporting both couples and individuals encountering difficulties or feelings of impasse in life, is the focus of my counselling. I draw from my skills, experience and education, complementing this with referencing to qualified experts as appropriate. My aim always, in partnership with my clients, is to help them determine meaningful and lasting outcomes.
It is important for clients to feel that the environment in which they entrust their care and their story, is safe, confidential, sensitive to their needs, relevant, authentic, and credible.
