Owen is a clinically trained registered psychologist who is skilled in providing a supportive space for patients to deepen insight, build self-acceptance and remove barriers to personal growth. Owen enjoys working with a range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, anger, borderline personality/traits, trauma and relationship difficulties. Owen has experience working with older adolescents and adults of all ages. Owen’s therapeutic approach has a psychodynamic emphasis, while also drawing on other evidence-based approaches to ensure therapy fits the needs and goals of patients.
Owen has over 3 years experience working in youth and adult mental health and has completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Owen's approach is collaborative, non-judgmental and insight-driven with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships with people based on trust.
