Sharon has worked with children, teens, families and individuals for over 30 years, and is the founder and director of Out of the Ashes Counselling Australia, a private counselling practice. She is a registered professional counsellor with the ACA and Psychology Today, having qualifications in Counselling, Christian Ministry and Theology, Child Development and Effective Parenting, Gestalt Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Core Value Therapy and Art Therapy. Some therapies Sharon uses include Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy and Core Value Therapy.
