Welcome to my profile! I've dedicated my life to helping people of all ages and backgrounds navigate their way through life's challenges, and I do so with compassion, care, and empathy. I was born in Borneo, identify as gay, and have experience living in different countries and cultures. I offer more than ten years of clinical experience in counselling and psychotherapy, specialising in loss and grief, gender and sexuality, complex trauma and abuse, attachment issues, ASD, ADHD, personality disorders, relationship and intimacy issues, anger management, family conflicts, workplace bullying, and intercultural adjustment issues.

Positive Mind Works is a Telehealth Counselling, Psychology, and Psychiatry clinic. We provide support in the comfort and privacy of your own home for couples, adults, and young people. Positive Mind Works has been developed to provide convenient access to expert and confidential support. Clients are offered individualised support based on their goals and chosen focus. We specialise in treating depression, anxiety, panic, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, phobias, OCD, ADHD and PTSD/trauma. A coaching and positive psychology service are also offered for clients wishing to improve motivation toward their goals.

Felix & Sage Psychology is a private practice with two clinics located in Ringwood and Forest Hill, Victoria. Our compassionate team of 20 clinicians provide tailored and accessible mental health care solutions to our clientele, by incorporating various evidence based therapeutic approaches to address their emotional and behavioural needs. Our team works with a vast range of issues including (but not limited to) Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Identity, Trauma and Relationships. Our Ringwood clinic is open until 8pm Monday-Thursday, and both clinics are open Saturdays to ensure we remain accessible to those working 9-5 jobs.

Fully booked for 2021] Annabel works with adolescents, couples, families, and adults who are sexuality and gender diverse, neurodiverse, alternative occupation and lifestyles, with attachment vulnerabilities, have forensic needs, or are a target of problem behaviour (stalking, family violence, online harassment, etc).
