I’m a registered psychologist with a passion for assisting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, grief, loss, and relationship issues. I have a background working in drug and alcohol counselling and have a special interest in supporting clients with addiction.
I use a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies and have specialised training in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for survivors of trauma. I love building collaborative, genuine, and honest therapeutic relationships with clients. I welcome the same approach from clients – including honest, open feedback.
