Announcement icon We need to adjust in the current climate. I'm now offering Zoom video counselling, supervision & consultation. Let's all change to be safe!
Jeannene Eastaway is not currently accepting new clients.
Feeling stuck in your relationships? Sick of ‘losing it’ around those you love? Resentful? Invisible? Sick of whispering and want to shout? Discriminated against? In a loveless partnership/marriage? Not noticed at work or at home? Contemplating an affair with your colleague? Worried about the next panic attack? Having an affair? Stricken with grief? Anxious all the time? Out of control? Too afraid to speak up? Just want to be your authentic self?
Jeannene works respectfully and practically with individuals, couples or groups to challenge negative patterns of communication to be replaced with effective self-controlled, safe communication. I aim to explain things in plain language that is easily understood using a variety of different strategies that are practical and appropriate to your circumstances.
I love this aspect of the work where I am privileged to work closely with people who want change in their relationship with themselves or others. Attending counselling often challenges long-standing behaviours and beliefs that have been years in the making and take some ‘guts’ to shift. 'Tis a Brave Person who comes to counselling - even that changes things.
