With 25 years experience, I love supporting people to find their unique voice by creating a safe place for you to be heard. By hearing yourself talk, you can then find out who you really are. Together we can look at what you create or provoke in your relationships; both with yourself and others so you can unlock your true potential and ability to connect. I want my clients to grow and expand and I love working with dreams to guide you towards greater self awareness, creativity and purpose.
My style of therapy is about depth. It's not about homework and what you do but what you experience in the session. With an attitude of curiosity about your reactions, we can piece together a deeper understanding of your inner world and how the past has shaped you. This knowledge can help you to be kinder to yourself and others.
I understand that it is often scary to reach out for support. In the first few sessions I will ask you lots of questions so I can make sure that I am the right therapist for you. It will give you time to check me out to see if you are comfortable. That is the most critical thing with any therapist you work with; that you feel comfortable and safe.
