My journey in the helping profession began with a successful career in Public Relations and Recruitment. However I was always more interested in the uniqueness and individuality of people - how they think, feel and navigate life’s challenges. Everyone possesses resilience and competence, and my goal is to support you to reconnect what is really important to you and identify the strategies and supports that will meet your unique needs. With a deeper awareness, you can reconnect with your own hopes for the way you want to live your life.

Times are challenging nowadays for everyone! These challenges present to us in a myriad of forms across school life, work life and home life. I undertake therapy with adolescents, adults and families in a way that helps all parties understand themselves and each other better. I also feel that young adults (18-30's) often struggle to ask for help around anxiety and depression, therefore I strongly encourage you to reach out and we can have a chat about strengthening your own resources to feel better.

At the OCD Clinic, we focus on the diagnosis and management of Obsessive-Compulsive Related Disorders (OCRD) alongside other nuanced psychological conditions such as Skin Picking, Body focussed behaviours, Body Dysmorphia, Post Partum anxiety and OCD, Neurodivergence.

The journey of motherhood can be a challenging and emotional experience. I work with women across the motherhood experience, from fertility and IVF challenges, pregnancy loss, pre and post natal, and beyond into the toddler and school years. The emotions and conflict for mums can seem never ending. Whether it is processing grief, the birthing experience, mum guilt and not feeling like they are enough, conflicting priorities or questioning their identity and who they are. The complexity of your motherhood experience is something we can explore together, and work towards developing self-compassion and a way forward.

I am a Senior Psychologist, based at the Evolve Mindfulness Clinic in Brisbane Over the past decade, I have worked across various mental health settings in Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka & the United Kingdom. I have been providing psychological assistance to those facing difficult and complex issues for more than fifteen years.
