My background training includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy (2010), a Master Practitioner Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (2021) and certifications in groupwork and clinical supervision. My specialist interests include working with neurodiversity, anxiety disorders, work stress, low mood / motivation, and relationship problems.
All client goals and difficulties are treated with dignity and respect. Therapy is planned collaboratively and flexibly, in a safe space to talk and not feel judged.
