I specialise in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a therapeutic approach which involves collaborative work between the client and therapist. I create a safe, inclusive and neuro-affirming space where we can explore persistent issues or patterns of behaviour, including:

Psychotherapy provides us with space for reflection on how our life history influences our current relationships with ourselves and others. I have lived experienced of neurodivergence and a particular interest in working with other neurodivergent people, as well as parents and parents-to-be.
