As a disability mental health counsellor, I support NDIS clients and their carers who have diverse disabilities. I understand the challenges they face every day, and how they can impact their health and well-being. I can help them cope with these issues and find solutions that suit their needs. I can offer them a safe and supportive space to share their feelings, thoughts, and concerns, and to discover strategies to reach their goals. I can also do home visits if needed.
I can help people with disabilities cope with overwealming emotions, anxiety, depression, anger, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and autism. I have experience working with teens, adolescents, and adults from different backgrounds. I use evidence-based therapy techni CBT, ACT, and art therapy to improve their well-being.
