After 35 years as a psychotherapist I have learned to appreciate the strength and wisdom of my clients. Together we explore the possibilities Of healing wounds left by arduous living and exploring the opportunities for a healthy fulfilled life . I practice holisticall looking at the working and integration of the body and the mind using the conversational model as well as narrative therapy.
My practice offers; family, coulples and individual therapy. I use an integrative approach consisting of the conversational model,existdntial and narrative therapies.
My therapeutic approach allows for my clients to guide me through their process and explore all the necessary and pressing issues that they feel they need to overcome. My role is that of a facilitator for change . Change can only through listening, hearing and respecting clients safety.
