The clients I see have coping skills problems, family issues, depression, anxiety, grieving the loss of a loved one, struggling with work problems, difficulty in managing stress, unable to relax, strained relationships, problems in the marriage/relationship, anger management. The clients needs are to be understood and listened to in a supportive and confidential space. The clients goals are to improve coping skills, reestablish emotional equilibrium, improve relationships, reduce stress, learn relaxation techniques.
