Par brings a rich and diverse educational background in Psychology, Human Biology & Physiology, Neuroscience, Counselling, and Clinical Pastoral Care. She integrates this knowledge to support patients in a compassionate, grounded, and holistic way and evidence-based. Par is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches for variety of mental health challenges.
Par is passionate about Neuroscience and how the body and brain work together, Par incorporates evidence-based insights into her sessions to help patients better understand their experiences. Her approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and tailored to meet each individual.
Par works with wide range of challenges include: General life struggles - Coping with stress from work or school, navigating relationships, family counselling, Bipolar, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Psychosis.
Par's counselling services do not offer Medicare Rebate or Mental Healthcare Plan. Private Health Insurance is available. Please ensure that your private health insurance cover Counselling services.
Par provide support for NDIS participants who are either self or plan managed.
