Nurturing Mind Therapy is a space to be heard, held and empowered. Whether you are navigating anxiety, PTSD or trauma, depression, life transition/changes, or self worth challenges, I will meet you with warmth, insight and compassion. I respect the power of connected, dynamic therapy, grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationships, within ourselves and with others. My work is all about helping people reconnect and cultivate their own inner resilience while working alongside the challenges that bring you to therapy.
I am a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting people through life's most complex moments, providing support and care around mental health difficulties and challenges. I am an accredited EMDR Therapy practitioner as well as a Clinical Resource Therapist and Trainer.
I work with adults and children, supporting people across the lifespan, providing trauma informed care, integrating evidence-based and innovative approaches in processing adversity as well as creatively building emotional resilience, self awareness and practical coping strategies.
