I have several years’ experience in supporting children, adolescents, adults and parents using a collaborative treatment approach. Depending on your needs and preferences my therapeutic approach draws on several evidence-based models including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and motivational interviewing.

At times our lives can be turned upside down or spiral out of control. We can feel overwhelmed, anxious and isolated not knowing how to manage these experiences. My aim as your therapist is to listen, support and walk along side you during these difficult times. NATIONALLY ACCREDITED MEDIATOR (NMAS) and COUNSELLOR. I can mediate a range of issues such as relationships, commercial, business and Family Court matters - divorce, separation, property settlement. My role as a mediator is to bring parties together to resolve their differences amicably without going to court, and hopefully reach an agreement which is acceptable to both parties. Everything in mediation has the highest level of confidentiality. The great benefit of mediation is twofold: one being affordable with no legal fees. The other is, mediation appointments are generally available without having to wait months.

Banksia Psychology & Supervision provides psychological therapy across the lifespan and clinical supervision to mental health professionals. Our therapeutic focus is on creating a safe and supportive experience for our clients, using a relational and attachment-based approach. I work with individuals aged 15 years and above who experience mild to severe levels of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, intrusive and/or self-loathing thoughts, interpersonal issues, complicated grief, childhood trauma and personality disorders. I also work with clients who are Christians and prefer to seek treatment from a psychologist with a shared faith and worldview.

Infinitas Support Services has a team of experienced Counsellors with more than 25 years of combined clinical experience. We work with you to clearly identify what support you need, what approach and treatment plan will work best for you. Our Supports include: – Individual Counselling – Group Counselling – Trauma Counselling – Crisis Counselling – Child and Adolescent Counselling – Family Support Counselling – Conflict Resolution and Mediation – Mentoring Support. We are also currently accepting referrals for NDIS participants with self-managed and plan-managed funding.

My ideal clients are Folks who prefer to be outside, and to have the freedom to move while exploring their emotions and concerns. They are determined to have more compassion for themselves, and to use this as a springboard for self empowerment and healing. They want understanding of themselves, and tools for the alleviation of anxiety, sadness, heaviness, and the challenges of ADHD.
