If you identify with any of these common long-term problems such as being disorganised, negative mindset, procrastination, depression, anxiety, self-isolation, mental health issues, contemplating suicide, relationship breakdowns, unhealthy lifestyle, unmotivated, low self-esteem, then you are in the right place, right now.
Counselling can help you gain clarity, stay focused, know your true purpose and move forward, providing meaning to your life. My approach to Counselling is not a one-size-fits-all philosophy, it is to provide a welcoming, safe, non-judgmental space and a listening ear where you feel comfortable, respected and free to explore your reasons for getting in touch in the first place. Your desire to grow, develop and explore change will ultimately lead you to live that purposeful, fulfilling and happy life! Everyone deserves to experience being happy!

Ironically, when we feel anxious or depressed that can get in the way of starting therapy, however on the bright side, once we've met and we've discussed how we'll work together there's usually a lot of hope that things can be different.
Sometimes people can feel stuck... whether thats due to anxious thoughts and feelings keeping you from moving forward or depressive feelings sapping your energy and motivation. Feeling stuck can be frustrating and hard to explain. Working together we can understand what's happening for you and figure out a way forward. You don't need a "clinical" disorder to feel stuck and luckily you don't need one to see therapist either. The best things about starting therapy is knowing that there is a way to get unstuck and talking to someone who gets it.

Life can be challenging at times. It may feel like the simplest tasks that used to be achievable are now insurmountable. Counselling can help by providing a space to express your thoughts, process your feelings and gain perspective in order to change those behaviours that are limiting your quality of life. Small incremental changes are possible. You are worthy of living a meaningful and purposeful life.

In my school of thinking there is nothing "wrong" with people, but something powerful happened to them.
Do you feel like the music has stopped in your life? Are feelings of anxiety and depression getting in the way of living life? Has living life become a burden? Are you feeling too tired and exhausted to enjoy life? Are the shadows of past traumas affecting your life? Are you at times feeling helpless, powerless, hopeless? Do you lack energy and vitality? Are you feeling isolated, alone, lonely, or like the odd one out? Is there so much going on in your life that you feel like you can't breathe any longer? Are people telling you that there is something wrong with you, or do you feel so about yourself?
